The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) seeks a motivated, versatile, dynamic leader to serve in a strategic, policy, and operational role as Director of Early College for the Department. This inaugural role represents a bold commitment by the Department and the Board of Higher Education to expand and enhance Early College in the years ahead as a key enabler of DHE’s Strategic Priorities. While DHE has had some senior staff members working on the Early College Initiative in a part-time capacity since its inception, this position will be the first full-time role in the DHE focused entirely on Early College.
