Participants are eligible to draw benefits from the ORP following termination of employment with the Commonwealth. This means that you are not currently working for any department or agency of the Commonwealth apart from re-employment in a non-benefited position. Participants who have terminated employment but are subsequently re-employed in a non-benefited position may draw funds from the Plan.
